By purchasing product from SkyLine Canopies®️ LLC DBA All In Canopies™️ (“Company” or “All In Canopies™️”) you acknowledge and agree that the following terms, conditions, and notices apply to all sales. Keeping, using or allowing use of Company’s products indicates your continued agreement to these terms.

What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions of a All In Canopies™️ product. This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by All In Canopies™️.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts as long as you own your All In Canopies™️ product. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product. 

What Will All In Canopies™️ Do? 
All In Canopies™️ will replace any defective or malfunctioning parts at cost plus shipping.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover? 
This warranty does not cover any defect or malfunction that is caused by abuse, misuse, damage caused by wind, rain, or any other Act of God, or use of the product that does not conform with product assembly instructions. This warranty shall be void as to any All In Canopies™️ product which has been altered or modified in any manner.

How Do You Get Service?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST contact All In Canopies™️ at https://allincanopies.com/return-replacement-form/ and provide photo(s) and a detailed description of the defective or malfunctioning product.

How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Misuse of products sold by Company involves serious risks including injury, disability, and death. The Company’s products may not be used for unlawful purposes and such use is expressly prohibited under the terms and conditions of its use. Purchasers assume all risks.

By purchasing, using, or allowing use of Company’s products, you acknowledge and agree that such products can be associated with a high level of risk and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE USING COMPANY’S PRODUCTS, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF COMPANY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company from any third party claims arising from any use or misuse of Company products.

Modification of Company’s products can lead to malfunction causing serious risk. Risks include but are not limited to property damage, physical injury, disability and/or death. You are responsible for any modifications you perform on Company’s products. Company is not responsible and will not be held liable for any modifications you perform on Company’s products.

As set forth in the warranty provision, Company’s liability is limited to repair of its products. In no event shall Company’s liability exceed the value of the product(s) sold. In no event shall Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of Company products.

The products sold by Company must be inspected for use to ensure no damage to such products during shipment. If damaged, do not use and immediately contact Company for a replacement.

Necessary maintenance on your product can be performed by the manufacturer prior to delivery. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair that causes damages to your product may void its warranty.
