From start to stunning. We have simplified the custom order design process to save you time and ensure your order is perfect.

GRAPHIC - design process

STEP 1: SHARE YOUR VISION

Easily start your custom project by filling out the All In Canopies™️ Request a Quote form. Provide as many important brand details as possible, and upload your vector logo files and/or high-resolution images (300dpi+).
If your files are too large for the Request a Quote form, send your vector logo files and high-resolution images via email to Bebold@AllInCanopies.com and let us know which files should be used for proof creation in your quote request.
Please include specific “Pantone” color (PMS/CYMK) information, font details and any other necessary design information you want us to incorporate onto your display design. If you need additional assistance, feel free to request or download product templates to guide the design areas available for the product you are looking for.
Vector files (such as AI and EPS) are editable in Illustrator and essential to creating a quality product. Vector graphics speed up the design process, allows us to create printable proofs and print the designs clearly at any size.
Images containing text which are saved as a JPG, PNG or GIF are not editable and will lack quality if printed larger than the file itself.
Don’t have vector files? We can help! Our designers can vectorize your logo or graphic for an additional fee based on the project complexity!

STEP 2: COLLABORATION

Let’s collaborate! Once we receive your project assets and know which product you are most interested in purchasing, we will contact you to review and discuss your vision. Then our design team will get to work! We will send an initial proof for your feedback and work closely with you until we achieve your vision.

STEP 3: FINAL PROOFS & APPROVAL

This stage is the most important one! We request that our clients double check all details on the final proof. We will not print your product until we have your final approval.

STEP 4: INVOICE & PAYMENT

When you are satisfied with your proof, we will ask you to fill out our Project Finalization form, attach the approved proof file or screenshot and we will create your invoice accordingly! Safe transaction made via Quickbooks payment links for either ACH(FREE bank account transfer) or Accepting most major credit card options(+2.9% admin processing fee ). When the invoice is paid in full, our production team takes over!

STEP 5: PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Estimated production & delivery time is 1-2 weeks after your proof is approved and your invoice is paid in full. We ship products through the United States.

STEP 6: HAPPY CLIENT!

We are here for our clients throughout every step of the process until the product is delivered. Our job isn’t finished until our client is smiling!
